Are duties and taxes included on my order?

EUROPEAN UNION

We cover all duties & taxes on EU orders. Please note that some countries may require you to provide additional customs information to our carriers in order to receive your order.

 

USA & CANADA

We cover all duties & taxes on US and Canadian orders. Please note that carriers may require you to provide additional customs information in order to receive your order.

 

UNITED KINGDOM

Duties and taxes do not apply.

 

OTHER INTERNATIONAL

For orders outside of the territories listed above - duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Some countries may require you to provide additional customs information to our carriers in order to receive your order.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location. 

Each piece made to order, in order to avoid overproduction and maintain an ecological approach throughout the process.

It takes between 1 to 1.5 weeks for the manufacture of the product, then ships immediately after that. Delivery may take a little longer depending on location.

Every product we sell is carefully hand crafted & stitched to perfection. We use no automatic machines or robots. Every process is manually done (like reputable designer brands) You paid for a white glove 5 star product and that is exactly what you will get. We get to know each and every one of our customers as we create an order one by one to show how we appreciate your business.

 

What is the return policy?

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES OR GIVE STORE CREDIT.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I customize my Lumbre Studioz® order?

Unfortunately, Lumbre Studioz® does not offer customization for individual orders. However, their limited-edition designs are meticulously crafted to stand out.

Are Lumbre Studioz® products restocked?

No, Lumbre Studioz® products are limited edition, and there are no restocks. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!


Are Lumbre Studioz® products unisex?

Yes! Many of Lumbre Studioz® designs are gender-neutral, allowing everyone to express their unique style.
